De sociale ontwikkeling is één van de belangrijkste domeinen van kwetsbaarheid bij Jonge kinderen met een extra X- of Y-chromosoom. Het is daardoor voor hen uitdagender om sociale signalen te signaleren in hun omgeving, die te verwerken en er gepast op te reageren.
