Duurzaamheidsverslag 2021: verder werken aan verkleinen CO2-voetafdruk
De Universiteit Leiden heeft in 2021 verder gewerkt aan het verkleinen van haar CO2-voetafdruk door zuiniger om te gaan met grondstoffen en het energieverbruik structureel te verminderen. Dat is te lezen in het Duurzaamheidsverslag 2021.

CO2-voetafdruk in 2020 aanzienlijk lager door coronacrisis
Ieder jaar wordt er door de universiteit een CO2-voetafdruk opgesteld. Dit is een visuele weergave van de milieu-impact van de Universiteit Leiden. Ook voor het afgelopen jaar (2020) is er weer een CO2-voetafdruk gemaakt, met daarin een opvallende trendbreuk qua energieverbruik, mobiliteit en afval.

Duurzaamheidsverslag 2022: minder CO2-uitstoot en een groenere bedrijfsvoering
De CO2-voetafdruk van de universiteit is opnieuw kleiner geworden. Dat blijkt uit het Duurzaamheidsverslag 2022. Ook is verder gewerkt aan het integreren van duurzaamheid in het Leidse onderwijs en onderzoek.
