Ontroerd nam Hiltje Cleveringa op 16 januari het eerste exemplaar in ontvangst van de biografie van haar vader Rudolph Cleveringa. Met enkele cliffhangers in zijn toespraak – onder ander over Churchill – moedigde biograaf Kees Schuyt het publiek aan zijn boek ook daadwerkelijk te gaan lezen.
